the temperature outside was really cold, but luckily the hotel provided us with plenty of hot drinking water, which was really useful to keep us warm. the hotel's location was amazing, as we only had to walk a short distance to reach the city's main attractions. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast offered, which was so fresh and tasty.
the hotel staff was not friendly and did not provide good service.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff is amazing and provides useful tourism information. The breakfast is delicious and made of local food. The hotel provides HOT drinking water, which is a big plus. The location may be a bit far from downtown, but it is easily accessible by renting a public bike.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a beautiful park and lake, which was perfect for a relaxing stroll during the day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the local area. the breakfast provided had delicious local options that really gave us a taste of the culture.
Our room was situated a little too close to the common area, which made it a bit noisy when other guests were talking loudly in the corridor. Other than that, everything was great and we had a lovely city break.
